Shipping Policy

Overview

Lux BioPure operates exclusively within Canada out of our Alberta warehouse. We do not ship outside the country right now. We process orders Monday through Friday, apart from statutory holidays, and send them out the same or next business day.

Shipping Services

Orders ship by major Canadian couriers: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and others. We pick the one with the best speed and cost for each order. Tracking comes with every shipment.

Delivery Estimates & Disclaimer

Shipping is a flat $20, free on orders over $140 (after discounts). Delivery times are a guide, not a promise. Lux BioPure takes no responsibility for a gap between the time we quote and the time delivery actually takes.

Address Accuracy

Customers alone are responsible for giving a correct, complete address. Please check your shipping address before you place your order.

Return to Sender — Undeliverable Parcels

A carrier may send a parcel back to us because the address you gave was wrong, incomplete, or badly set out. If that happens, the parcel counts as lost for good. We do not reship, refund, or give store credit on a return caused by an address.

Lost or Missing Packages

We help with carrier questions only after tracking shows the parcel was not delivered. If tracking shows it was delivered, Lux BioPure is not responsible for theft, a wrong drop-off, or a missing package.

To report a delivery problem, email [email protected] with your order number and tracking number, or use the form on our Contact page. We respond within one business day.

Shipping Rates & Order Processing

Shipping is a flat $20 per order, free on orders over $140 (after discounts). A promotion may also make shipping free on orders that qualify.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once we start processing them. Tracking details arrive by email when your order ships.
