Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales from Lux BioPure are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once orders have left our facility.

Our products are laboratory research chemicals and peptides. They stay stable and intact only with the right storage, handling, and surroundings. Once an order ships, we cannot check how it was stored or handled. That is why we cannot restock or resell a returned product.

Customers agree that all purchases are final once an order is placed and processed. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once we accept payment. This holds whether or not the package has left our building.

Exceptions — Verified Defects or Pre-Shipment Damage

The one exception covers a verified manufacturing defect, or damage we confirm happened before shipping. Customers must report issues within 72 hours of delivery. We do not review a claim sent after that window.

Photos of shipping box (if transit damage occurred)

We may deny a claim that does not come with enough proof. Lux BioPure decides whether a product counts as defective or damaged.

An approved claim may get a replacement, store credit, or refund. The company chooses which one. Approval is not guaranteed.

How to Submit a Claim

Email [email protected] with your order number and the documentation above, or use the contact form on our Contact page. We confirm claims within one business day.

Unpaid Orders

Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer after checkout. If you place an order and never send the e-Transfer, no payment happens. We hold the order while we wait, follow up by email, then release it. Nothing is charged and nothing ships until your payment arrives and is confirmed.

Ineligible Requests

The following are not grounds for a return, refund, or exchange:

Improper handling or storage conditions after delivery
Shipping delays or carrier-related issues
User error or incorrect ordering
Change of mind or dissatisfaction
