Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at −20°C in a sealed, light-proof container. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated at 4°C and use within 4 weeks. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can degrade peptide integrity.

All orders are shipped via a tracked national courier in discreet, unmarked packaging. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders above $140 after tax/coupon qualify for free tracked shipping.

Expedited service typically delivers within 1–3 business days across Canada. Remote areas may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Currently we ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside Canada, we recommend consulting local suppliers that comply with your jurisdiction's regulations.

We currently accept Interac e-Transfer only. At checkout you receive step-by-step instructions for sending your transfer to our own order-payments address, [email protected], with your order number as the reference. We email a confirmation once your payment is received — usually within 1 business day — and then ship your order.

Due to the nature of research-grade products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will review the claim for a replacement, store credit, or refund. Yes. Batches are tested by Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party laboratory, which reports the batch’s HPLC purity and its quantified peptide content. Published COAs are on our Test Results page, and we can provide the certificate for any order on request.

Use our Dose Calculator for precise measurements. As a general guide: add bacteriostatic water slowly along the inside wall of the vial — never inject directly onto the lyophilized powder. Swirl gently; do not vortex or shake. Allow to fully dissolve before use.
