Your points post once your friend's first order is paid, shipped and complete, and are reversed if that order is refunded or cancelled. Referral codes are for new customers, one per person, and can't be combined with any other coupon — a referral code replaces the 10% member discount rather than adding to it. Whichever saves your friend more is the one to use. We never email your friend — you share your own link. Points redeem the same way as the rest of the programme (see Rewards), and full details are in our Terms of Service. All products are supplied for laboratory research use only.
