Affiliate Program Terms

About these terms

These terms cover the Lux BioPure affiliate program. When you apply, you agree to them and to the content policy below. We wrote them in plain words on purpose. If something is not clear, email [email protected] and ask.

Lux BioPure supplies research-use-only materials. We work out of Alberta and sell within Canada only. Registered in Alberta, Canada, Corporation No. 1736055-0.

Joining

• Anyone can apply on the affiliates page.
• We read every application ourselves. We may say no to any application.
• Once you are approved, your link and code show up on your account page. Sign in with the same email you applied with.
• Keep your email and your e-Transfer email up to date with us.

Your link and your code

• Your link counts orders placed from the same browser for 30 days after someone follows it. If they later follow a different partner's link, the newer link counts instead.
• Your code takes 10% off for the buyer whenever our checkout shows a coupon box. Some payment options have no coupon box. On those, the buyer pays full price, and an order placed after following your link still earns you commission.
• Each order earns commission for one partner at most.

What you earn

• You earn a share of the order subtotal after discounts. Tax and shipping are not counted.
• Your share depends on how many orders you have sent in the same calendar month, by the date each order was placed (in UTC, the world standard time): orders 1 to 9 earn 15%; orders 10 to 24 earn 20%; orders 25 and up earn 25%. The count starts again on the first of each month. Cancelled orders do not count.
• Each order keeps the rate it earned when it was counted. Reaching a higher step does not change orders you already earned on, and a later refund does not change the others.
• If a buyer's cart earns a volume discount bigger than your code, the buyer gets the bigger discount instead of your code, never both. The order still earns you commission.
• Orders you place yourself, with your own link or code, do not earn commission.
• Each commission waits 30 days after the order, in case of a return. After that it is ready to pay.

Getting paid

• We pay monthly by Interac e-Transfer, to the e-Transfer email you gave us.
• We pay once at least $50 is ready to pay. A smaller amount carries over to the next month.
• You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We do not hold any back. You are not our employee.

Refunds and cancellations

If an order is refunded or cancelled, its commission is cancelled too. If we already paid that commission, we take it off your next payment.

Content policy

Everything we sell is for laboratory research only. These rules apply to every post, video, page, email and message that carries your link or code.

• Say that you are paid. Make it clear that you earn from your link and code, for example with "#ad" or "paid partner", where people will see it before they click. This follows the Competition Bureau of Canada's guidance on paid endorsements.
• Research use only. Never say or hint that our products are for people or animals to use.
• No doses, no injecting, no health claims. Do not talk about doses or how to inject. Do not claim anything about health, weight loss or aging.
• No before and after content.
• Do not bid on our name. Do not buy search ads on "Lux BioPure", "Luxbiopure" or spellings close to them.
• No coupon or deal sites. Do not post your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
• No spam. Only share with people who chose to follow you. No bulk email or messages to people who did not ask for them.
• Do not pose as us. Do not speak as Lux BioPure, and do not make sites or accounts that look like ours.

Changes

We may change the rates or these terms. If we do, we email you before the change takes effect. If you keep sharing your link or code after that, the new terms apply.

Ending the partnership

Either of us can end the partnership at any time, by email. If it ends for any reason other than a broken content policy, commission you earned before the end is still paid once it clears the 30-day wait.
